Whether you’re a seasoned cosplayer ready to showcase your latest build, a photographer seeking stunning shots, or simply a fan eager to connect with like-minded creators, this event offers the perfect space to meet up and take awesome pictures in one of a kind photo studio setups.

For just $20, you’ll gain access to three incredible photo studios—each offering a perfect backsgrounds to bring your characters to life.

Open to all creatives: photographers, videographers, models, actors, HMUAs, dancers, brands, writers, designers, stylists, producers, and beyond. If you need content or have been meaning to book a studio, this is your moment.

Please note: While the studios are provided, models are not. Photographers are encouraged to bring a model to shoot with—or meet someone new and create something spontaneous. This is a collaborative mixer. By default, everyone can both photograph and be photographed unless they opt out. Respect all boundaries.

All weapons brought to the event must be prop weapons. Real or functional weapons are strictly prohibited. Event staff reserve the right to inspect and confiscated any weapon, prop, or accessory deemed a safety hazard at check-in or during the event.

Everyone attending must have a ticket to enter including models.
